ICS Stands for Internal Communication Software. We custom developed it for companies that have of more than 300 Faxes a day. It can really be very useful for companies that are still working with fax but want the flexibility and accessibility of an email.

We can modify our solution to meet your requirements for an extra cost, our prices start from 25 euro an hour.

ICS lite (1200 Euro)

  • Fax server with one line for fax
  • View faxes online (through your browser) with user authentication
  • Fax directly to email (option)
  • View, download faxes in PDF
  • Archives Faxes in PDF on Network shared or local folder
  • 1 Year Support and warranty on hardware

ICS Standard (2000 Euro)

  • All of ICS lite
  • Fax server with two lines for fax instead of one
  • Forward faxes to email through web interface
  • Addressbook of Senders, Recipients
  • 1 Year Support and warranty on hardware

ICS Pro (3500 Euro)

  • All of ICS Standard
  • Outgoing Faxes can be Archived (connect Fax machine and work as a intermediate between you and the recipient)
  • Fax server with four lines for faxes
  • One line just for sending with Anonymous
  • Other three lines are for Receiving
  • Email forwarding in PDF
  • Print reports of incoming and outgoing faxes
  • Unread fax (like in email)
  • 1 Year Support, 2 Years warranty on hardware

Soon we will be releasing a hosted solution for companies that do not want to have a server on their offices.
